This portrait of our former president by Brett Murray has I think managed to succinctly encapsulate the man. Much like his period in office, this print speaks of shadows, passivity, and meekness in times when we needed strength at the helm.

in actual fact, just a disappointing performance. 

It makes me sad because he always seems like such a dear man. maybe he is really deep inside. But we needed and deserved more.
