dearest tiffany

I’m a bit of a brat. In fact a large brat.

I have a fantastically munificent aunt and uncle, who regularly shower me with the most delightful gifts including education, holidays and most pertinently today, jewelry.

Intermittently, I am given a very special little turquoise box which facilitates general singing of the heart.

And today that particular shade of turquoise, that is so entwined with the Tiffany Brand, became oh so much cooler to me. Nicholas james informed me that that the Tiffany Blue is the number 1837 on the Pantone Matching System, which is also the year Tiffany & Co. was founded.

(However, as a trademarked colour, it is not publicly available and is not printed in the Pantone Matching System swatch books)
